· Monitoring whole sale process.
· Consult with the senior management and making strategies and planning for sales initiatives.
· Making monthly sales targets and reviewing daily.
· Comparison of sales with the previous month sales and evaluation.
· Directing sales staff for their objectives and targets of sales.
· Keeping information about the visits of sales staff and taking follow up regularly.
· Contacting with the customers for feedback.
· Handling of customers complaints.
· Coordination with the operations manager to discuss quality issues.
· Develop new areas in the market, make their proposals and discuss with Operations Manager.
· Monitoring open shop sales process.
· Monitoring the collection process of sale and coordination with the finance manager.
· Keeping eye on competitors
· Coordination with Operations Manager on daily basis.
· To meet with sales man in area and brief them about orders.
· To check salesman vouchers
· To manage and prepare Short & Excess and return & unsold reports.
· To view salesman demand.
· To maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meeting or via telephone
· To act as bridge between the company and its market.
· To manage the sales staff.
