Responsibilities

Engage with guests by sharing detailed stories about the restaurants culinary history, philosophy, and unique ingredients, creating a rich, immersive dining experience.

Develop and continuously update knowledge in related areas such as history, arts, literature, and culinary philosophy to enhance guest interactions.
Communicate fluently and clearly in English, ensuring all guests can appreciate the information and narratives shared.
Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate guest interactions and maintain a smooth service flow.
Exude emotional intelligence by reading guests' responses and adapting communication style to suit different personalities.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and proactive learning to stay informed about new culinary trends and regional histories related to the menu.
Facilitate guest management by addressing inquiries professionally and providing thoughtful, informative responses.
