We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Internal Auditor to play a critical role in safeguarding our financial and operational processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess financial and operational compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting principles.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in audit processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: ACCA degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, accounting, or financial analysis.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
