Call Box BPO is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and competent professional for its Blue area Islamabad Office for the following challenging position.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Computer Science or Information Technology Bachelors
Responsibilities:
- Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality and productivity.
- Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure.
- Desktop Support .
- Strong systems Integration Concepts
- Taking daily Backups of sites
- Troubleshooting Clients - server Connectivity issues.
- Troubleshooting and Installation of Peripheral devices .
- Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.
- Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
