Call Box BPO is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and competent professional for its Blue area Islamabad Office for the following challenging position.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Computer Science or Information Technology Bachelors

Responsibilities: 

  •  Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality and productivity. 
  • Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure. 
  • Desktop Support .
  • Strong systems Integration Concepts  
  • Taking daily Backups of sites
  • Troubleshooting Clients - server Connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Installation of Peripheral devices .
  • Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.  
  •  Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.  
  • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system. 
  • Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
