Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to targeted audiences such as warm leads or business owners.
- Engage prospects clearly and professionally to build rapport and interest.
- Represent the company brand with enthusiasm, confidence, and positive energy throughout all communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent American English accent and clear pronunciation.
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Access to a quiet home workspace equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quality headset.
- Demonstrated resilience, high energy, and a positive attitude when handling calls and interacting with prospects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, directly dependent on the quality of accent, clarity, and phone presence.
- Flexible working hours aligned with US time zones, including EST and PST, to accommodate different schedules.
- The application process is quick and includes submitting a brief voice sample to assess phone presence.
