Call Center Agent – UK Energy Campaign Paradigm VoX International Limited

Paradigm VoX International Limited is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Call Center Agents to join our UK Energy Campaign team based in Lahore. This full-time role involves engaging with UK customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting energy service offers. Candidates should have prior call center experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment. The position requires working the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at our office located on MM Alam Road, Gulberg.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with UK customers, maintaining a professional tone throughout each interaction.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about the UK Energy campaign offers.
- Utilize strong sales and persuasion skills to meet and exceed campaign targets.
- Adhere strictly to campaign scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and high productivity levels.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Supervisors to improve performance.
- Continuously develop communication and sales techniques to enhance customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 8 months of experience in a call center or BPO environment.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, fluent, and professional accent suitable for UK customers.
- Strong customer handling and convincing abilities.
- Energetic, confident, and highly motivated to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively during the evening shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
- Demonstrated strong attendance record and professional work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working on UK campaigns is advantageous.
- Experience in UK Energy or Utility campaigns is highly preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 50,000, based on experience and interview performance.
