We are looking for dedicated ACA Verifiers, Self Verifiers, and Fronters to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer information and confirming eligibility for ACA programs. Your main focus will be to ensure that all data collected is accurate and complete before transferring qualified leads to the next stage. This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow verification protocols while maintaining professionalism during calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify customer details related to ACA programs.
- Accurately validate personal information such as age, income, residency, coverage status, and enrollment periods.
- Follow scripted verification processes to maintain consistency and ensure compliance.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout calls to provide a positive customer experience.
- Ensure all collected data is accurate and complete before passing leads to the next stage of the process.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to detailed scripts and verification procedures.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Basic understanding of ACA programs and eligibility criteria is advantageous.
Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary ranges between Rs 35,000 and Rs 100,000, depending on experience and specific role.
- This is an in-person position requiring attendance at the designated work location.
