CALL CENTER AGENT (Day Shift)

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent / Account Manager to join our team for the DU / Etisalat telecom campaign based in the UAE. This full-time position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 45,000, along with commission incentives. The role is based at Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote DU and Etisalat telecom products and services.
- Manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team and management to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
