StrategistIoT, a prominent Digital Marketing and Big Data service provider based in Lahore, is looking to hire a motivated professional for an immediate onsite role at our DHA Phase 4 office. We specialize in digital marketing, big data collection, mining, and application, focusing on international trade and B2C products with both local and global reach. Our goal is to offer comprehensive marketing solutions through industry and business consultation for local and overseas markets. Candidates must be able to join within 2-3 days and reside in or near DHA Lahore. This position requires fluency in both English and Arabic and is strictly onsite, with no remote work option available.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Adhere closely to communication scripts, adapting as necessary to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Identify customer needs, investigate issues, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
- Take ownership of customer interactions throughout the entire lifecycle, including follow-ups and escalation when required.
- Suggest system and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Memorize and utilize product and service scripts during calls.
- Build positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and handling sales queries, cancellations, and confirmations appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue by upselling the company’s existing product portfolio.
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets related to service, productivity, and quality.
- Maintain detailed records of daily issues and remedial actions using the call-center database.
- Leverage call center data and insights to recommend and influence process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is A Level or a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; candidates holding only BA or BCOM degrees are not eligible.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Must be available to work onsite at the DHA Phase 4 office.
- Ability to join within 3 days of offer.
- Own laptop required to commence work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
