We are seeking both fresh and experienced candidates to join our team for international projects and campaigns. This role requires working an early morning shift aligned with an Australian-based center, from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working during early hours. Computer literacy is essential to perform daily tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls as part of international campaigns.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Manage time efficiently while being target-oriented and organized to meet project goals.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver quality service during all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work the early morning shift (4:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
- Basic computer literacy to handle call center software and related tools.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.

- This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs15,000 to Rs20,000.
