Call center agent

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as inbound international customer service representatives, handling calls from customers based in the United States. This role requires fluency in English and confident communication skills to effectively assist callers. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday, and is located in Bahadurabad, Karachi. Female employees will benefit from provided pick-up and drop-off transportation services. The starting salary is Rs 60,000 per month, with the opportunity to earn additional commission and bonuses, allowing total monthly earnings to range between Rs 100,000 and Rs 150,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication throughout all interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures while efficiently handling calls during the night shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals and uphold service standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills to confidently interact with US customers.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- Ability to commute to the Bahadurabad office location and work on-site.
