Call Center Agent

Experts Communication is seeking motivated and fluent Call Center Agents to join our expanding night shift team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, confidence in interacting with international clients, and a genuine passion for sales. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work Monday through Friday during the night shift, with weekends off, in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Confidently handle both inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience working in an international call center environment.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and listening comprehension.
- Proven ability to manage outbound and inbound calls with confidence.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Candidates residing near North Nazimabad or willing to commute reliably are preferred.

- Basic salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 65,000 per month.
