Call Center Agent

MARS BPO is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join their team as International Sales Representatives. This full-time position is based in Saddar, Karachi, with shift hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills and an interest in sales to develop their careers within the international call center industry. Successful candidates will engage with international customers, present products and services clearly, and work diligently to meet sales targets in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and fluently in English with international customers.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness and ability to work the evening and night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in international call center sales is preferred but not mandatory.
