Call center agent

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as inbound international customer service representatives, handling calls primarily from US customers. This role demands fluency in English and confident communication skills. The position operates during night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday, and is based in Bahadurabad, Karachi. Female employees are provided with pick-up and drop-off transportation services. The starting salary is Rs 60,000 per month, with additional commission and bonuses, allowing for total earnings between Rs 100,000 and Rs 150,000 depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from international customers, mainly from the US market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication throughout all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently during customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with US customers over the phone.
- Availability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
- Willingness to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
- Ability to commute to the Bahadurabad office location reliably.
