Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

We are seeking energetic and confident Call Center Agents to join our outbound campaign team specializing in SEO and digital marketing services. This full-time, in-person role is based in Lahore and requires working night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, clearly explaining our digital marketing offerings, and generating qualified leads to support the sales team. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with international clients from markets such as the US, UK, and UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote SEO and digital marketing services.
- Clearly and persuasively present services, adapting conversations to address client needs effectively.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or online marketing concepts.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining focus and motivation.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and the capability to work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts and attend the office onsite in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience engaging with international clients or leads, especially from the US, UK, or UAE markets, is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
