Call Center Executive

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as International Sales Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi office. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the international call center industry by engaging with customers around the globe. The position requires strong English communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. Candidates will work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift, interacting with international clients to explain products and services, follow up on leads, and consistently meet sales targets. Compensation is commission-based, supplemented by performance bonuses, allowing for attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and fluently with international customers in English.
- Clearly present and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing professional relationships.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Apply effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
