Call Center Executive

MARS BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals for the role of Call Center Executive based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work as an International Sales Representative in a dynamic call center environment. The role involves engaging with international customers, explaining products and services clearly, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. Candidates will work the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and have the chance to earn commission-based compensation along with performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence.
- Employ effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
