Call Center Executives (O/A Levels)/Intermediate

We are currently seeking dedicated Call Center Executives to join our professional customer support team. This role focuses entirely on providing excellent customer service without any sales targets or pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in a 100% support role with no sales involvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability while adhering to assigned night shift schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when applicable to assist in team coordination.

Required Qualifications
- Good spoken English skills with fluency required to communicate clearly with customers.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per the company’s scheduling needs.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
- Residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulistan-e-Johar is preferred to facilitate commute.
