Call Center Inbound Sales Agent

We are looking for motivated male and female Inbound Sales Agents to join our USA-based call center campaign. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally while driving sales. This role involves managing inbound calls from customers in the USA, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services to meet those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers based in the USA.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide accurate and clear information in response to customer inquiries.
- Convert inbound calls into successful sales opportunities.
- Manage customer objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Good convincing and sales abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with USA working hours.
- Punctual, motivated, and target-driven mindset.
