Call Center Job | Call center Agent | Sales Executive

Cipher Digital is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join its expanding international sales team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role focuses on supporting the company’s growing US market operations during night shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The position offers an attractive earning potential of up to 100,000 PKR through a combination of base salary, commissions, and incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling to identify potential clients.
- Engage business owners and introduce Cipher Digital’s services effectively.
- Identify client needs and qualify prospects for further sales engagement.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with prospects, representing the company professionally.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and initiating conversations with prospects.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably targeting US, UK, or other global markets.
- Background in SaaS, B2B, IT services, digital marketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
