Call Center Job (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on outbound cold calling and sales targeting the USA market. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in USA-based outbound sales or cold calling, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively to convert them into customers. This is a full-time role requiring availability during USA shift hours and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA with professionalism and confidence. Clearly introduce and present the company’s products and services to prospective clients. Identify customer needs during calls and uncover sales opportunities. Follow up consistently with interested prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Negotiate terms and handle objections effectively to close sales successfully. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure proper tracking. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by applying effective sales techniques.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in USA-based cold calling or outbound sales is essential. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact professionally with customers. Proven ability to handle USA customers with confidence and professionalism. Strong skills in lead generation, sales closing, and negotiation are necessary. The candidate must be adept at managing objections and demonstrating persistence in follow-ups. Comfort working in a fast-paced call center environment with a strong focus on achieving results is important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with a proven track record of success in USA cold calling and closing sales will be given preference. This position requires working in person during USA shift hours. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
