We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, including night shifts. The role involves working 6 to 7 hours per shift, with flexible day and night shift options available. Employees will receive a total of one hour of break time during their shift, which includes a 30-minute regular break and a 30-minute prayer break. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to PKR 50,000 and requires in-person attendance at the work location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Engage with customers based in the USA, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Generate sales leads and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with both potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Proficient spoken English skills are essential to communicate effectively with international customers.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities to influence customer decisions.
- Basic computer literacy to manage customer data and sales tools efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required.
- Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates with good English skills are encouraged to apply.
