MARS BPO is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals with strong English communication skills for the role of International Sales Representative at our international call center located in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a fresher with excellent spoken English and a passion for learning, this role allows you to engage with international customers, explain products and services, handle objections, follow up on leads, and close sales. The position operates during the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers commission-based earnings with performance bonuses, providing significant income potential based on your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications

- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
