We are seeking enthusiastic female candidates for entry-level positions at our call centre located in Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi. This role involves handling customer interactions related to five different banks. The position offers a competitive basic salary along with attractive commission opportunities. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and the role is full-time, suitable for fresh graduates as well as experienced individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their banking queries.
- Promote and sell banking products and services effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update information as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational background ranging from Matriculation to Master’s degree.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
