We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female professional to join our team as a Call Center Quality Assurance and Sales Executive. This role demands a strong background in quality assurance, sales conversion, data analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Convert these inquiries into confirmed appointments for consultations or procedures, consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure adherence to quality and service standards. Identify any gaps in communication, service delivery, or information accuracy. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve agent performance and maintain high-quality customer interactions.

Reporting & Analytics:
Keep accurate records of sales leads, calls, and follow-ups. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports that highlight actionable insights. Analyze trends to uncover opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced service delivery.

Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and mentor junior call center staff to ensure consistent service quality. Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate seamless service coordination. Act as a key liaison between patients and internal departments when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a call center environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and call tracking software or CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Confident, energetic, and capable of working independently with demonstrated leadership potential.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: On-site (in person)
