Call Center Representative / Calling Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Calling Agent to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan, on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires working night shifts and focuses on making outbound calls to generate leads, engage with customers, and ensure effective follow-ups. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed performance targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career, with a salary range of 15,000 to 25,000 PKR along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and promote services.
- Engage in clear and professional communication to address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual performance targets and team goals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve calling strategies and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation (equivalent to high school).
- Ability to work night shifts as per the company schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
