Call Center Representative (DHA Phase 8 office)

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team for a US-based digital marketing and SEO outbound campaign. This role involves making cold calls to potential clients across the United States, using a straightforward script to engage prospects briefly, qualify their interest, and transfer promising leads to senior sales closers. The position is located in Lahore, specifically in DHA Phase 8 near Neon Square, and requires availability for night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. This opportunity is open exclusively to male candidates who can commute to the specified location.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses following a concise and effective script.
- Engage prospects quickly and professionally to capture their interest and attention.
- Identify and qualify interested clients before transferring calls to senior sales closers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and take basic notes on lead details.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily targets.
