Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business development goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Accurately document call outcomes and update customer information in the system.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards sales.
- Ability to work onsite during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in call center sales or business development is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
