We are seeking experienced Call Centre Representatives to join our dynamic team onsite in Islamabad. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in outbound cold calling, excellent spoken English, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Effectively pitch products and services to convert leads into successful sales.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain rapport with potential customers while demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Accurately update and maintain prospect records and call logs within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international call centre environment.
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead conversion, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Fluent verbal communication skills in English, with strong active listening and persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to work regular night shifts.
- Ability to work onsite at the Islamabad office.

Salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month. The role requires in-person attendance at the Islamabad office.
