Call Center Representative

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for a confident and professional Call Center Representative to join our team at the North Karachi Branch Office and North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time role involves managing customer interactions related to real estate inquiries, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales team by converting leads into clients. The position offers a competitive salary with commission and requires working from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, with Friday off. The ideal candidate will be target-driven and play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Follow up with real estate leads and potential clients to nurture their interest.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about company projects, payment plans, and current offers.
- Maintain precise records of leads and customer follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handovers.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits to increase client engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with both potential and existing customers to build strong relationships.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer-handling abilities combined with a proactive, target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Effective follow-up and convincing skills to engage potential clients successfully.
- Professional and presentable personality suitable for client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in call centers, telesales, customer service, or lead follow-up is an advantage.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs30,000 per month plus commission.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the designated Karachi offices.
