Call Center Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO sector. The role involves engaging with international customers by explaining products and services, addressing objections, following up with prospects, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
