Call Center Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals to join an inbound international customer service campaign focused on handling calls from US customers. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally. The position operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive salary with commission and bonuses, providing an excellent opportunity to earn up to Rs 100,000 per month. The work location is in Bahadurabad, Karachi, with convenient pick-up and drop-off services available for female employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers, primarily based in the US.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout all interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills to confidently engage with US customers.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
- Ability to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
