Call Center Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals fluent in English to join its international call center based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and business process outsourcing (BPO). Whether you are an experienced sales professional, call center agent, telesales executive, or a fresh candidate with strong spoken English and a willingness to learn, this position offers the chance to engage with international customers. You will be responsible for explaining products and services, handling objections, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role features a commission-based earning structure along with performance bonuses, providing a rewarding career path in international sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.

- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
