We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join DEVSTAX at our New Garden Town, Lahore location. This full-time, on-site role is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates to grow their careers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The primary focus of the position is to engage potential clients through outbound B2B cold calls, understand their requirements, and promote our software development and digital marketing services. The successful candidate will work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate client records and contributing to ongoing service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and arrange appointments.
- Identify client needs and clearly communicate the benefits of DEVSTAX’s software development and digital marketing services.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate meetings to support the sales process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Provide constructive feedback from client interactions to help improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to quickly grasp client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Basic understanding of software development and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details
- Work Hours: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
- Job Type: Full-time, on-site
- Salary: Up to PKR 30,000 per month based on experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Pay Range: Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month depending on performance and experience.
