Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to enhance client engagement.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track changes in their preferences and update them accordingly.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales with a strong commitment to customer service and alignment with company values.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively engage with diverse clients.
