Call Center Representative

This role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and facilitating site visits to ensure successful sales closures. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide thorough briefings and demonstrations of relevant properties to clients.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase property options.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while upholding company standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
