Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property options.
- Provide clients with detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits as needed.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; however, fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
