Job Overview Wavecomm (Pvt.) Ltd., a growing internet and telecommunications service provider, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our customer support team in Lahore.

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding FTTH internet services, packages, billing, and connectivity issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Register, track, and escalate customer complaints and technical support tickets to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or telecommunications environment.
Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support systems.
Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Candidates must be based in Lahore, with a Lahore residential address as per CNIC or supporting documentation.
