Call Center Sales Agent

MARS BPO is seeking motivated and confident Call Center Sales Agents to join their international team. The position involves engaging with customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships, all while working during evening to early morning hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up with potential leads.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills to convert inquiries into sales.
- Confidently address and resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets regularly.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions professionally.
- Positive mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
