Call Center Sales Agent / Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Call Center Sales Agents or Sales Executives for an outbound sales campaign focused on SEO services. This opportunity is with a US-based company and is located in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and the compensation includes a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of SEO services to generate interest and close sales.
- Utilize strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance performance.
- Work independently while contributing to team goals and maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and confidence.
- Ability to engage potential clients through outbound calls and build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence client decisions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or call center roles is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
