Telegenix is looking to hire 15 enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for the night shift. This on-site opportunity is ideal for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in starting a career in sales and customer service. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed. You will play a vital role in delivering innovative B2C solutions by connecting businesses with their customers and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers, following a scripted campaign.
- Use provided scripts to clearly present products and engage customers effectively.
- Accurately document call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve daily call volume and sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Confidence and a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and strictly follow provided scripts.
- Availability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month.
