Call Center Sales Executive (International)

WBM Pvt. Ltd., based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves engaging with customers primarily for an international campaign, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience who are comfortable working in either day or night shifts will find this opportunity rewarding. The position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, along with a professional and patient approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide customers with precise information regarding products, services, orders, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer concerns are fully addressed.
- Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, call center operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.
- A customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in either day or night shifts as required.
