Call Center Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales calls, lead generation, and customer relationship management within a call center environment. This role involves meeting sales targets and requires working night shifts, along with occasional travel. The position offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Manage customer interactions professionally to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Adapt to night shift schedules and be available for travel as required by the role.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center sales, with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer profiles effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and travel when necessary.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.
