We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. This role operates during the morning shift and requires occasional travel. The position involves direct communication with customers to promote and sell products, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective follow-up and query resolution via phone and WhatsApp. This opportunity is open to fresh candidates, although prior experience in sales or call centers is advantageous. The salary range for this role is PKR 30,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to introduce and explain products clearly and persuasively
- Generate sales by effectively presenting product benefits and addressing customer needs
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and maintain relationships
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally through phone calls and WhatsApp communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Travel as required to support sales initiatives and customer engagement

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate)
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree holders are preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with WhatsApp and phone systems
- Ability to work morning shifts and adapt to travel requirements
