Call Center Self Verifier (Night Shift)

We are looking for motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) with strong English communication skills to join our night shift call center team based in Islamabad’s I-10 area. This is a full-time, in-person role located on the 3rd Floor of the Clusterz Building on Chinar Road. Candidates with prior experience in the BPO industry will be given preference. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer sales calls during night shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate within Islamabad’s I-10/Markaz area prior to starting employment
- Minimum education level of a high school diploma is preferred
- At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
