Ultimate Konnect is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Karāchi on a full-time, on-site basis. The primary focus of this role is to identify and generate new business leads, manage the lead generation process, and support sales efforts through detailed research. The successful candidate will engage daily with potential clients, qualify leads, and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies that improve lead conversion rates. This position supports an Australian-based marketing and solar campaign, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through multiple channels.
- Efficiently manage and maintain the lead generation process.
- Conduct thorough research to support sales initiatives and target potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to qualify leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that enhance lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work the assigned shift from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at our office located in Phase V, Tauheed Commercial, Karāchi.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in marketing or solar industry campaigns is a plus.
- Competitive gross salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 110,000 per month, based on experience.
