Call Center Verifiers

We are looking for experienced Auto Insurance Verifiers to join our team at our office in Gulberg, Islamabad. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in call centers who want to grow their careers within the insurance verification sector. The position offers a competitive salary along with attractive bonuses. The working hours are from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM, and candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate to Islamabad prior to starting. This is an on-site position requiring at least one year of call center experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify auto insurance information accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to auto insurance policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of verification activities.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Manage calls professionally, delivering excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures throughout all verification processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of call center experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work the designated shift from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
- Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Islamabad for in-person work.
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions professionally and courteously.
