Call Center Verifiers

We are seeking experienced Auto Insurance Verifiers to join our team at our office located in Gulberg, Islamabad. This role involves verifying auto insurance information and requires candidates to have prior call center experience. The position offers a competitive salary range along with attractive bonuses, and it operates on a night shift schedule. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work. This is an in-person role based at our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate auto insurance information accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, professional communication.
- Maintain detailed records of verification processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Manage workload within the assigned shift from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Islamabad prior to starting employment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work the specified night shift hours consistently.
