Call Centre Agent

We are looking for a skilled Inbound Taxi Controller to join our team, focusing on managing booking calls and live taxi operations for the UK market. The successful candidate will handle inbound taxi booking calls with professionalism, ensuring all journey details and estimated times of arrival are accurately recorded and confirmed. This role involves efficiently managing bookings, cancellations, and amendments while allocating jobs to drivers and monitoring live vehicle movements. The controller will also be responsible for overseeing school runs and contract bookings, maintaining clear and timely communication with drivers about job assignments, routes, and any necessary updates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound taxi booking calls professionally and courteously.
- Record and confirm journey details and estimated times of arrival accurately.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments in a timely manner.
- Allocate jobs to drivers and monitor live vehicle locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee school runs and contract bookings, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding job details, routes, and any updates or changes.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in UK taxi operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using taxi booking and management software.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned with UK time zones, including nights and weekends.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering an hourly pay rate between Rs. 400 and Rs. 500, depending on experience.
