Call Centre Associate – Direct Channel

RA Empire Private Limited is looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our team as Call Centre Associates for the Direct Channel at our Head Office in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to meet targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for sales within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Generate and qualify leads to assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about company projects and offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities to ensure service continuity and quality.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven ability in client handling and follow-up processes.
- Sales-oriented mindset focused on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Background in call centre operations, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located at Plaza No. 135, Main Boulevard, Shabbir Sharif Road, Sector J, DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
